Trust me, I know my way around Nordstrom. I spent most of my college years working there as a stylist, allowing me to explore the sales floor and try on various brands. Over the years, a few brands have stood out amongst the rest. While I appreciate designer brands, Nordstrom's range of affordable yet fashionable brands makes it my go-to for everything.

There are 6 brands that I always run to first whenever I step into a Nordstrom store, all of them chic, stylish, and affordable. Keep scrolling to see which brands I'm loving right now.

Reformation

Reformation is one of my all-time favorite brands for so many reasons, but one of the main reasons is its strong focus on sustainability. Now that spring/summer has arrived, I find myself checking its website on a daily basis. It creates the dreamiest linen pieces that are perfect for summer, and I always fall in love with how well its clothes fit.

Open Edit

I really love Open Edit, one of the Nordstrom-owned brands. It makes so many affordable yet stylish pieces, but what really gets me is its shoes. I'm actually drooling over a pair of sandals listed here.

House of CB

This brand never fails to wow me. If there is a wedding or special occasion, I usually immediately start looking at House of CB. It makes the most romantic and pretty pieces that make you look like a princess. I won't shut up about it.

Good American

When it comes to great basics and some of the best denim ever, Good American checks both boxes. I recently got a denim dress from it (linked below) and I’m so obsessed with it that I’ve already worn it three times. All I can say is I’ve never been disappointed by a Good American purchase.

Free People

I mean, who doesn't love Free People? I've been a fan for years and will be for years to come. Lately, I've been loving it for basics and night-out pieces, but no matter what you're shopping for, I can almost guarantee you can find it at Free People.

COS

COS is one of the chicest, understated, and reasonably priced brands out there. It's a favorite among fashion people and I find myself loving it more and more. I have a COS skirt that I got last summer that I'm so excited to wear again this summer.
